How to book an appointment?

Bring your medical documentation related to the issue, or send it on the day of your visit to: badania@gabinetflos.pl.

Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the patient consent form.

Before your first visit

How should I dress for the appointment?

We recommend wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing — preferably sportswear or casual attire. For facial and neck therapy, it’s best to avoid high-neck tops or turtlenecks.

Before the session begins, please remove any jewelry and make sure to remove makeup (accessories are available in the patient restroom). Hair ties are also helpful — especially during cervical spine assessment and therapy.

Should I bring a change of shoes?

We kindly ask that you bring clean indoor shoes during rainy or snowy weather.

At Piaski Street 48 in Zielonki, there is a parking lot dedicated to our Patients.

CLINIC IN KRAKÓW

For the clinic at Friedleina Street, we do not have private parking spaces. Parking is available in the municipal paid parking zone (Zone B on Friedleina Street).

Nowy Kleparz: served by tram lines 18 and 75, as well as bus lines 130, 139, 140, 154, 159, 164, 169, 179, 189, 192, 208, 257, 277, 280, 304, 307, 337, 469, 501, 503, 511.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required for an appointment. You can book a visit directly, without prior medical consultation.
If you have been referred by a specialist, please bring your medical documentation with you.

Are treatment packages available?

Our offer includes packages of speech therapy sessions – however, we do not offer packages for physiotherapy sessions.

How long does an appointment last?

A standard appointment lasts approximately 45 minutes. The exception is the physioesthetic session, during which the massage lasts 1.5 hours.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments at the clinic can be made in cash, by debit/credit card, or via BLIK. Bank transfer is also available. Please ask the reception for the account number.

Can I receive a personal invoice?

Yes, we issue personal invoices as well as invoices for companies – just let us know before making the payment.

Appointment cancellation policy

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance – this allows us to offer the slot to another patient.
In case of no confirmation or no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel future appointments or charge the full fee for the missed session.
